Pikes Peak Hill Climb 2026 - Full Race Run

The 2026 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb feels like it was just yesterday...

Most likely because it was in fact just yesterday (June 21st) as we are putting this up.

This year, we had two goals.  

The first was to beat our previous best time of 10:46 from 2024.

The second was to shoot for the overall Subaru record time of 10:30 seconds set by Ken Gushi in 2014.

Our race week went really smoothly, and it looked like the Subaru record might be within reach, but we weren't able to quite hit that time.

Zachary Sober was the other Subaru running this year in his 2013 STI, and he has set a new bar for the Fastest Subaru to run up Pikes Peak with a time of 10:28.

Congratulations to Zachary, and all of his team that made that run possible!

We still want to be the fastest Subaru to run up Pikes Peak, and we have 364 days to make that new goal happen.
