8HP Update - Shop Projects in October 2026

It has been a while since we have updated you on some of the projects that we are working on, and some of you have been especially eager to hear about the progress with the 8HP transmission.

For this episode of our Flatirons Tuning Shop Chronicles, we bring you the latest on the 8HP swap, what car it was going in, and what engine we were attaching it to.

We also show you the latest on our Pikes Peak WRX STI, and what we are working on now.

Finally, we give you the latest update on our 2024 VB WRX that we are building into a L4WD Rally car.  We have made some good progress, but we have a long way to do.

Hopefully we can start testing any and all of these cars here soon.
