We've been hard-at-work upgrading our website, so we can offer you an easier-to-use, more customized shopping experience. We've added a ton of new features that we're really excited about... We really hope you like them!

Our Blog

While we've had a blog for a while, it was often hard to find... No longer! We now have all of our blogs located in one easy-to-find location at www.FlatironsTuning.com/Blog! We write about everything from the Flatirons Tuning Rally Team, to our Project Car Build, to Performance, Tuning, Modifications, and our Frequently Asked Questions! Make sure to check-in on our blog, as we plan on writing new posts frequently now that we have this new site!

Our Videos

Some of you may already know about our YouTube channel, but if you haven't seen it yet, you're missing out! We have videos on tech tips, track days, race events, tech talk, our project car, and videos about the Flatirons Tuning Rally Car!

New-and-Improved My Account

In our new My Account portal, you can do everything including:

  • Set your default Billing/Shipping addresses, for faster checkouts
  • Subscribe or Unsubscribe from the Flatirons Tuning Newsletter
  • View past order history
  • View any product reviews you have submitted on our site

On top of all this, we're looking to implement even more functionality here; we're thinking things like Re-Orders for previous orders, Wish Lists, and more!

Expanded Shipping Options

We've now integrated multiple "live-rate" shipping options into our site... This means that you get the exact price for various shipping options, directly from the shipping providers themselves (FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.)... This means that you get the absolute cheapest rate possible, direct from the shipper! No more guess-work when it comes to shipping costs.

LiveChat Customer Support

You may be familiar with Chat windows; if you're not, it's one of the simplest ways to get your questions addressed! In the lower-right corner of every page on our site, you will see a little bar that says "Leave Us a Message" (if we're away from the chat), or "Chat with us now!" (if someone is around and available). If we're away, you can use the "Leave Us a Message" to effectively send us an email, all from the browser page you are currently on. Using the "Chat with us now!" feature, you can actually have a live conversation with one of our staff, saving you having to jump on a call or send us an email! This can be a great way to get a quick, concise answer to any of your questions! You can also share pictures or documents over the LiveChat application, so if you have a question about a specific part or application, we can view your photos to confirm its use, or we can send you a photo of the correct part you need (for instance). We look forward to chatting with you!

Robust Search Engine

The Search bar that you see at the top of every page is quite an upgrade from our old search functionality. You can search for names, SKUs, topics, brands... Just about anything you can think of! Not only will the results show you any relevant products, but it will also show any relevant blog posts, videos, etc. We know our old search was a bit inconsistent, but our new search bar is sure to point you in the right direction!

Are you a brand-loyalist? Want to only peruse our offerings from a specific brand? Look no further! With our new Brands page, you can sort and filter all the brands we offer, to shop the way that works best for you! Keep you eyes on this page, as we'll be adding more brands all the time!

Shop by Vehicle

One of our favorite new features of the new site is the Shop by Vehicle functionality! Using the top menu, you can search for products using Make, Model, and Year, so you're only seeing the products that fit the car you're shopping for! We're constantly updating and refining these categories, so please bear with us and we continue to optimize this feature. If you're unable to find a product you're looking for, you can always use our new expanded Search, give us a call or LiveChat us with you questions, and we'd be happy to help you out!

Review and Question + Answer System

Have a question on a specific product? Want to leave us a review, letting us know what you thought about one of the products you ordered? We're happy to announce that we now have both Reviews and Question + Answer sections across our website!

Product Reviews

We're always trying to get feedback and improve our product offerings, so we've decided to implement a review system on our site! This is your chance to let us know what you thought about the products you bought from us. You may also be getting emails asking for product reviews after you make a purchase; you can actually leave the review directly from that email (saving you time), and you'll get 100pts ($2.50 equivalent) for each review you leave us! We really appreciate your feedback!

You will now see the above Reviews/Q+A widget above each one of our products... If you click on this box, it will take you to our full Reviews/Q+A section, where you can leave us a review, ask us a question, or see Q+A from others!

This is the Review section, that you will now find below the Description section on anyone of our product pages. Remember, we offer a 100pt bonus ($2.50 equivalent) for each review you leave us!

Question and Answer Section

Along with reviews, we are now offering a Question and Answer section on each product page... Forums have been disappearing from the industry for a while now, but we're trying to bring the discussion back in the form of our Q+A! We appreciate the opportunity to get to answer your questions; and chances are if you have a question, someone else does as well, so it really helps us spread better and more complete information to everyone whenever you ask us something!

If you click the "Questions" tab in the Reviews section, you will have a chance to ask us a question, or see what questions other customers have asked. This will be a great place to learn more about a product!

Flatirons Tuning Rewards Program

We are thrilled to announce that we have implemented a Rewards Points program on our site! You will earn points for a variety of things, that you can redeem for money-off on future purchases. You will simply need to Create an Account to track and accumulate points. Every 40 points is redeemable for $1 off a future purchase (which you can redeem on the Payment page at Checkout, after points have been accumulated).

You will accumulate points for the following actions:

Reward Points Multipliers

Along with all of the above Point opportunities, we also offer Points Multipliers on specific brands, where you will gain anywhere from 2x - 4x as many points per $1 spent as you normally would; these brands (and their Point Multipliers) will rotate frequently, so check this page often to see what brands are currently offering a Multiplier (you will also see the following Point Multiplier icons on any pages where they apply)! Check out our Sales and Specials page to see what our current sales are.

Remember to simply Create an Account so you can start accumulating and using points to get money off of your future orders!
