• Chassis Mounted: A robust, chassis-mounted design not only fixes the shifter in place to ensure stability under extreme conditions but even uses existing mounting points which require zero modifications during install.
• DM-1 Precision Shift Arm: The DM-1 Precision Shift Arm replaces the entire OEM shift arm, and gives you the most precise shifting possible. 
• Centering Mechanism: The billet aluminum centering mechanism features twin detents and a firm ceramic coated torsion spring ensuring perfect gear engagement, banishing missed shifts forever.
• Tool-Free Shift Height: Adjust shift knob height over an inch from its lowest point (lowest point equivalent to OEM height) by twisting the leather boot collar—no tools, no disassembly—tailoring the throw and shift knob height to your street or track style.
• Cable-Free Reverse Lockout: A fully integrated reverse lockout design combines the 5th & 6th gear shift stop with the reverse lockout. With increased rigidity for the shift stop, you'll get the most precise feedback when selecting these gears. *Lockout comes equipped but is not used for 5-speed transmissions.
• 1st/2nd gear shift stop: The DM-1's 1st and 2nd gear shift stop has unmatched rigidity for an extremely firm feel.

DM-1 V3 release notes:

• Reverse Lockout: The entire reverse lockout system has been consolidated into the housing of the shifter, eliminating the OEM reverse lockout cable.
• Non-adjustable 5th/6th/reverse Shift Stop: No adjustment necessary for the shift stop on the passenger side of the shift pattern. Shift stop is integrated onto the u-joint, saving space, install time, and also is a more robust system with increased feedback when engaging the stop.
• 1st/2nd Shift Stop: Shift stop is easier to adjust and integrated onto the housing of the shifter saving additional space and time during install. Rigidity is also increased to give an even firmer feel when engaging the stop.
• Centering Mechanism: Ceramic coating has been added to the torsion spring and hardware, along with an optimized design for a smaller form resulting in an easier install.
