The COBB Rear Motor Mount is the best way to minimize engine movement, improve traction, and reduce wheel hop, all without major impact to Noise, Vibration, or Harshness (NVH). Typical bushing designs can rattle your teeth out at idle or during throttle input.
The COBB Rear Motor Mount keeps things in place while minimizing NVH. The combination of an 85A durometer front bushing and 68A durometer rear bushing absorbs more vibration while reducing engine movement when compared to the stock mount.
The main body is constructed of precision machined billet aluminum. A satin black anodized finish protects the mount from wear and tear. Branding is subtle with a laser etched COBB logo on either side of the body.
The sleeves and retaining caps for each bushing are zinc plated steel for durability and longevity. They are designed with serviceability in mind, allowing users to easily change bushings with varying durometer.
The COBB Rear Motor Mount is engineered to improve traction and remove wheel hop without introducing unnecessary harshness in the cabin. The selected durometer for each bushing achieves both minimal motor movement and vibration.
