Typically the Cusco Zero-3 G suspension is available as struts only. But Flatirons Tuning has teamed up with Cusco USA and developed this suspension with the help of one of our local RallyX Specialists. The FT-Spec Cusco Zero-3 G's come with the Swift Springs that we found worked best, but we can set them up with different rate springs if you like.
These softer springs worked perfectly for RallyX, and soak up bumps for gravel or rough roads with ease. The length of these springs is based around lifting the car about 1" over factory.
The suspension that were the baseline on the test car were OE STI struts with 1" lift King Springs. The Cusco Coilovers were set to the same ride height, and gave an additional 1" of droop travel both front and rear for a total of 4" droop travel up front and 3" droop travel in the rear.
The Cusco Zero-3 G Suspension is designed for competitive use on dirt and gravel surfaces. The internal shock valving is engineered to meet the demands of the lateral G forces that come with race tires, and to adsorb and smooth out the bumps and rough surfaces that you encounter on dirt.
This suspension coilover kit is designed with full adjustable ride height feature which retains full shock stroke length and spring preload.
The Cusco Zero-3 G has inverted shocks and is made from light weight aluminum and features a mono-tube 24-step adjustable damper. The large struts have internal valving calibrated to work with the increased spring rates and longer suspension travel that are required for off-road applications (gravel rally, dirt trials). The inverted damper prevents external elements from entering the shock casing and retains structural rigidity for added stress loads applied to the coilover.

- Front and Rear Cusco Zero-3 G struts valved for the included Swift Springs
- Front springs are 12" 200 ft/in Swift Springs
- Rear springs are 12" 225lb/in Swift Springs
- Front suspension travel is 185mm
- Rear suspension travel is ~150mm
