This is GTSPEC's 4-point Ladder Brace for the 06+ Civic SI Coupe. This connects on the front crossmember near the swaybar mounts, and connects them to the main unibody of the vehicle behind the firewall on the floorpan.
Might fit Sedan models also, compatibility is not listed by GTSPEC.
